Here are the 2013 Federal Poverty Levels (FPL) for the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, and for Alaska and for Hawaii. These FPLs are significant for the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act because eligibility for expanded Medicaid is 133% of the FPL and for subsidies in the health insurance exchanges/marketplaces is 400% of the FPL. These levels are updated every January.
Families USA has a useful chart calculating these 133% FPL and 400% FPL amounts.
