Today’s arguments focused on the issue of “severability”, whether a successful legal challenge to any part of the legislation (such as the minimum coverage requirement or individual mandate) requires the overturning of the entire law, and on the expansion of eligibility for the Medicaid program.
The full audio and transcripts of today’s oral arguments on severability and the Medicaid expansion are available on the C-SPAN3 website.
