This posting from Kaiser Health News lists the 25 legal challenges that have been filed against the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, including the parties bringing the lawsuits (plaintiffs), the court and judge hearing the case, and the current status of each lawsuit. To date, six courts have found the legislation constitutional and two courts have ruled the legislation unconstitutional, while another four courts have dismissed lawsuits for procedural and other reasons. Another 13 lawsuits remain pending.
