Health Research and Education Trust: Toolkit for Collecting Race, Ethnicity and Primary Language Data

This toolkit developed by the Health Research and Education Trust, the educational and research affiliate of the American Hospital Association, contains useful resources to guide and support the collection of race, ethnicity and primary language data from patients.  The toolkit has been endorsed as a best practice by the National Quality Forum.
