Association of American Medical Colleges: Recommendations to Address the Needs of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Students and Patients

These joint recommendations from the Association of American Medical Colleges Group on Student Affairs and Organization of Student Representatives outline steps for medical schools and their affiliated health care services to address issues of sexual orientation and gender identity in their educational curricula, professional training and patient care.
