Coverage of Day One of U.S. Supreme Court Oral Arguments on Affordable Care Act

This is the NewsHour coverage of the first day of U.S. Supreme Court oral arguments on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.  Today’s argument focused on whether the federal courts are prohibited from hearing the legal challenge until the penalties for not having health insurance (the individual mandate) are implemented in 2014.
