Updated: Office of National Coordinator for HIT: Proposed Rule for Certification of Electronic Health Records

The Office of National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has published a proposed rule for permanent certification of electronic health records under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.  Comments are due on May 7 , 2012.
