This policy brief from the Center for American Progress and National Coalition for LGBT Health describes the impact of national health care reform for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans.  The policy brief highlights the opportunities to expand health insurance coverage, support community-based  prevention and health promotion, prioritize cultural competency, and collect and use demographic data to better measure health needs and outcomes of LGBT populations and communities.
