Migration Policy Institute: Communicating More For Less

This report from the Migration Policy Institute, funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, provides an overview of how state and local governments are using interpretation and translation technologies to improve language access for their limited English proficient residents.  Without endorsing any specific technology or product, the report describes various technologies, their use, context for appropriate use, costs, benefits and drawbacks, sources of equipment and actual users.
