The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) has issued this report on its first year of operations.  Created by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the CMMI has already invested hundreds of millions of dollars through multiple  initiatives and programs designed to achieve the triple aim: improve patient experiences of care, improve population health, and reduce costs.
