This discussion paper from the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare (NCCBH)  describes the role of mental health and substance use providers could have in the implementation of medical homes and accountable care organizations.  It builds on prior work done by the NCCBH on integrated service delivery models for behavioral health and primary care.
