The Commonwealth Fund has made available several new tools and resources about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on its website. There is a timeline of which provisions of the law are to be implemented between this year through 2014:
And there is a search feature to identify which provisions impact which Americans (for example, children, Medicare beneficiaries, Medicaid beneficiaries, small businesses, underserved populations, etc.)
