This is the 2009 edition of the National Healthcare Disparities Report, published annually by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). As in prior years, the report documents continued incremental progress on some measures of health care disparities but overall, many indicators show continuing disparities for racial and ethnic populations and other vulnerable populations.
