The Center for Health Care Strategies has been working with Medicaid programs to identify “high volume, high opportunity” practices to reduce health care disparities. These are physician practices and community health centers which see a “high volume” of Medicaid patients and present significant or “high opportunity” for quality improvements that would reduce health care disparities among their vulnerable patients.
