The Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) has been supporting quality improvement and disparities reduction in physician practices and community health centers which rely heavily on Medicaid funding.  CHCS has identified these practice sites as “high volume, high opportunity” sites for quality improvement and disparities reduction.
